International Shipping?

At the moment I do not ship internationally.

How Long Until You Receive Your Order?

I aim to ship within 1-2 business days, this means I have delivered the package to USPS for them to ship to you. Typical transit time is 2-5 business days with USPS Ground Advantage. However, I can not guarantee these timeframes.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Issues Due to Incomplete Address?

Please email me, I can reship after reshipment fees have been paid by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to double check they have entered the correct delivery address for orders.

Order Delivered But You Never Received It?

I am not responsible for lost packages. Unfortunately it is out of my control, and you will need to contact USPS for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.

Return / Cancelation Policy

All Jewelry is final sale.

I am unable to cancel any orders once processed. I do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections. The jewelry I make is handmade. This means a slight variation may occur compared to the pictures. There might be small imperfections, such as tiny air bubbles or tiny specks of lint. Please know I wouldn’t send something that wasn’t up to my standards.
