Jewelry Care Tips

Humidity and temperature fluctuations can affect the condition of the metal on your earrings. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. A lined jewelry box placed in a stable environment is a great option.

Clean and polish with a soft cloth and warm water at least once a month if you wear your jewelry frequently. Dry off the jewelry with a soft cloth completely before storing away.

Avoid direct contact with perfumes and lotions. The exposure to perfume and lotions can harm your jewelry due to the presence of oils, synthetics, and certain color dyes in those products. It can cause jewelry to lose its sheen, erode metal coatings, or create a dull layer making the jewelry appear discolored.

Separate gold and silver jewelry for storage. Silver is naturally a reactive metal and can easily tarnish. Storing them together can cause the gold to easily tarnish as well.

Remove your jewelry before sleeping and exercising.

How Long Until You Receive Your Order?

We (Holly Pearl Designs) aim to ship within 1-2 business days, this means we have delivered the package to USPS for them to ship to you. Typical transit time is 2-5 business days with USPS Ground Advantage. However, we can not guarantee these timeframes.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Issues Due to Incomplete Address?

Please email us, we can reship after reshipment fees have been paid by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to double check they have entered the correct delivery address for orders.

Order Delivered But You Never Received It?

We are not responsible for lost packages. Unfortunately it is out of our control, and you will need to contact USPS for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.

Custom Orders?

We are not accepting custom orders at this time.

Return / Cancellation Policy

All Jewelry is final sale.

We are unable to cancel any orders once processed. We do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections. The jewelry I make is handmade. This means a slight variation may occur compared to the pictures. There might be small imperfections, such as tiny air bubbles or tiny specks of lint. Please know we wouldn’t send something that wasn’t up to our standards.

If the package is returned to sender (Holly Pearl Designs) or needs to be re-shipped to the customer for any reason, the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.
